Serving Trays

This is a great, inexpensive way to add a "touch" of spirit to ANY party! This is simply plates glued to upside down cups. The plates came 4 for $1 and the cups were $1 each. 5 dollars to make adorable serving platters to put Halloween goodies on. You can do this with any holiday or party. You can glue fancy glass plates to glass stems if you want a fancier look. The base can be glasses or candle stems.
